Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Time Frame: You have to submit a refund or return request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired.
14 days in the US region only, and max time 45 days all over the world.
What you have to do for return or refund: To return your items, follow these steps:
1. Repackage your products
2. You can simply send a message from the contact page or email us at email@example.com
3. We’ll email you back with a return label
4. Print out this label and affix it to your package and send it to our address
Eligibility for Refunds and return:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (14 days, not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
we will refund money to your payment method that you have used during the purchase within a few days.
Not eligibility for Refunds and return:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
WHO WILL PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST:
- You receive the wrong product or product damaged by the carrier, in case we will pay the return cost.
- You have purchased the wrong product or you don’t want the product you received, you can return the product but you have to pay the return shipping cost.
